The villa in the heart of our estate was built in 1784 and restored in 2013. With the help of Slovenian, Italian and Swiss architects, we followed our vision and with the use of natural home materials and orientation to boutique details, we managed to create a true paradise on earth.
The villa consists of three luxurious apartments, together forming 730 square meters. The largest apartment in the villa extends to a well-thought-out and well-furnished 250 square meters, which has a living room with carefully selected fireplace, wonderful kitchen and cozy dining area, a remote corner for office work, exceptional wellness room, which is fully restored.
There is also a loft with VIP bedroom and bathroom. The second apartment is a larger room with a quality double bed and a bathroom. From there you also have access to a landscaped lawn. In the third apartment you can enjoy two rooms, one double and one single bed, dressing room and bathroom. In the lower part there is also a kitchen, a dining room and a utility corner and toilets. The cozy living room is also connected to the library. We wanted to be sure that your experience of staying in our villa will be truly unique, so we gave the kitchen and the dining room an authentic feeling with wood stove and old beams. Also something special: our villa is provided by a well-equipped outdoor summer kitchen and BBQ that impresses everyone.
The entire villa is equipped with unique solid wood furniture (oak, rustic solid flooring, window and door steps, walnut decorative furniture and solid walnut roots), creating an elegant and relaxing ambience, complemented by the design elements of renowned designers (Valentino, etc.).
